Responsibilities
The candidate selected for this role will be knowledgeable in banking systems and be tasked with working alongside other business analysts and product management to make the ecosystem integration process a delightful experience for both internal and external resources
The Business Analyst’s role includes, but is not limited to conducting market analysis, assessing product line gaps, and clearly articulating detail requirements for cross functional staff including development, test, training, sales, and implementations
To succeed in this role the candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
Qualification
Required
10+ years financial services experience
Self-driven to meet deliverables and project timelines
Knowledge and or experience with a variety of banking applications and detailed understanding of those interactions
Requirements Analysis experience
Experience working with a cross-functional team
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to provide remote support for our bank customers during live and post live implementations which may include issue resolution and manual maintenance
Baseline understanding of the principles of technology
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practice is a plus
Project management or product owner experience a plus
