Responsibilities
Building and maintaining data warehouses and data marts, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency
Developing and implementing data quality checks and monitoring systems to identify and resolve data issues proactively
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to understand their problems and translate them into data products for the team to deliver
Developing a deep understanding of key datasets and data models within the data platform
Becoming a trusted advisor to analytics customers and stakeholders on data-related matters
Developing and maintaining source of truth reports and dashboards for key business metrics
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting channels
Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using modern data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Apache Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in analytics engineering or data development, owning the full data lifecycle—from building pipelines and designing data models to delivering dashboards that drive decision-making
Proficient in SQL and scripting languages (for example: Python and R)
Experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Shiny, Plotly, Streamlit) and with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
