Responsibilities
Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial loan relationships, ensuring sound credit practices and exceptional client service
Conduct thorough credit investigations, analyze financial statements, assess industry and collateral risks
Structure and price loans to meet client needs while maintaining regulatory compliance
Generate new business through referrals and internal networks, conduct client interviews, and exercise sound judgment in credit decisions
Cross sell a broad range of bank products, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the bank's growth through strategic portfolio reviews and relationship development
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of banking, relationship management, lending, underwriting and credit experience or other directly related experience
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or other related field
Knowledge of banking services, product offerings, lending, credit analysis, portfolio management
Ability to grow loans, portfolios, client relationships, and cross sell bank products
Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance
Ability to interview applicants and be perceptive of character judgment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
Preferred
Successfully completed Zions's Banker Development training-related activities (including but not limited to Credit Foundations and Business Line training)
