Responsibilities

Support a mission-critical Data Center project in San Antonio, TX

Read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and construction documents under supervision
Learn and adhere to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and Enterprise Electrical safety protocols

Required

An active electrical trade license is required to work
A valid driver's license or identification is necessary
Reliable transportation is a must
Experience in a commercial or industrial electrical setting for 1-3 years is essential, with a preference for those familiar with data centers or mission-critical environments
A basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safety practices is required
Capability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and construction documents under supervision is expected
A commitment to learning and adhering to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and Enterprise Electrical safety protocols is essential
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a readiness to travel and work full-time on-site are important
Physical capabilities, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces, are required
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team in a mission-critical environment are essential qualities

Preferred

Previous experience in Mission Critical Data Center projects (including hyperscale, colocation, or critical infrastructure environments)
Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience working with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and grounding systems
Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment effectively
Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, or comparable project management software
Completion of journeyman license coursework or a substantial number of hours towards achieving journeyman status
