Enter key information regarding customers in computer systems
Use MS Excel for specific data entry tracking and MS Outlook for emails
Pull numbers from multiple platforms to compare information
Generate email correspondence and other administrative tasks as needed
Make calls as needed to clarify information
Qualification
Required
Excellent data entry and computer skills
Excellent customer service and call etiquette
Experienced with Outlook, and basic MS Office Skills
Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule of M-F, 8-5
