Responsibilities
Platform Intern will assist with building and operating platforms used to deploy, monitor, and scale applications
The intern will work with senior engineers to automate infrastructure, improve CI/CD workflows, and enhance Kubernetes-based environments
Will work on enhancing our internal Kubernetes-based platform by building automation around GitOps workflows, improving CI/CD pipelines, and strengthening observability across clusters
Their project will involve developing lightweight tooling to validate container deployments, integrate metrics/logging enhancements, and streamline developer onboarding by contributing documentation and reusable templates
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Computer Science
Must be able to commute and work on-site 5 days a week
Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at an accredited four-year college or university
Applicants must be authorized to work on a full-time basis for any employer in the U.S
Preferred
Colleges in the PNW (Oregon, Washington) are preferred
Students graduating from Portland High schools are also preferred
