Responsibilities
Support the local and corporate IT teams in daily tasks
Maintain and support all computer systems, networks, printers, phones, video systems, etc. throughout the plant
Organize and maintain IT resources onsite
Investigate and solve any IT related issues/problems
Show proficiency in Windows 11 Workstation in a domain environment
Desktop support for all users onsite
Complete trainings for new hires, as well as training for new programs, software, etc
Any other duties assigned by IT management
Qualification
Required
Must currently be a student working on a degree in I.T. or related field
Investigatory and problem-solving skills
Able to work with multiple different individuals and on numerous different teams
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Working towards an applicable degree
High School diploma or GED
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
