Responsibilities
Advise and support approximately 500+ exempt and non-exempt associates across multiple locations and shifts
Proactively manages associate relations issues, investigations, process and compliance issues to minimize risk for the business. Takes appropriate action to remediate identified issues. Escalates issues appropriately. Provides management team with necessary resolution and action items
Lead investigations and ensures activities follow local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations as well as aligning to the Fiserv Code of Conduct, Values, and operating processes and procedures
Leverage HR analytics to help leaders make informed decisions, including reporting of operational HR metrics
Execute annual compensation cycle; including compensation planning, job analyses, salary surveys, etc
Partners with managers and supervisors in workforce planning, talent selection, and headcount forecasting
Advise managers on goal alignment, performance management and associate development

Qualification
Required
3+ years of employment relations experience
7+ years of related human resources experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience in a rotational leadership experience program
Manufacturing, Production, or Retail experience
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field of study
PHR, SPHR, PHR-CP, SPHR-CP or equivalent
