The Program Assistant will be responsible for supervising and supporting the program sessions for 7th grade students, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities
Attend all scheduled Saturday program sessions, including orientation
Supervision duties begin the moment the first tutor arrives until the last student departs at the conclusion of the program
Providing support during each session: check in, classroom setup, snack distribution, transitions, etc
Weekly check of student tutor availability
Attend all preparation meetings such as tutor training
Assist Program Manager gather materials as needed
Serve as liaison with parents regarding safety, security, or emotional concerns as needed
Evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods
All other duties as assigned
