Responsibilities
Answer technical questions from Falcon Jet operators and provide multi-faceted support for all AOG (Aircraft on Ground) issues
Record and complete all customer phone contacts in our database, adhering to Department Guidelines
Execute the AOG Response process consistently, and step in as the AOG Response Coordinator when needed
Coordinate with our Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues efficiently
Analyze and recommend corrective actions for aircraft discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution
Review technical materials and manuals, suggesting revisions to enhance safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness
Help customers obtain necessary parts from our Spares department to meet technical needs
Submit owner information changes and maintain familiarity with electronic maintenance manuals and research tools
Attend Worldwide Front Line meetings annually as directed by the Operations Manager
Take on other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two years of college education in aeronautical maintenance engineering or equivalent A&P classroom training
Minimum of two years of work experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems (avionics, engines, etc.)
Strong computer and telephone communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Pilot's license is a plus
Preferred
Inspection Authorization
Avionics background
Knowledge of the French language
