Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including:
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response solutions
Translate business security requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow technical solutions
Work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and ServiceNow developers to ensure optimal platform usage and integration
Define and maintain architectural standards, data models, and governance for ServiceNow SecOps implementations
Provide expert-level guidance on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Design and implement integrations with third-party tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc
Oversee and mentor development teams during implementation and configuration phases
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, client demos, and effort estimation
Ensure alignment with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience
5–7 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect or lead role
strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations, specifically Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response
Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, etc.)
Deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices
Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to design solutions that scale across multiple environments and support future growth
Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator CSA
Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (SIR)
Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
