Manager Inventory Control
Albertsons Companies is a leading food and drug retailer in the U.S. seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee processes and KPIs for maintaining perpetual inventory at the Distribution Center. The role involves managing protocols, policies, and cross-departmental improvements to ensure optimal inventory management and compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage KPIs for perpetual and physical inventory processes
Perform root cause analysis and develop alternative procedures
Analyze unresolved inventory imbalances
Evaluate Warehouse Management System
Optimize system settings based on business changes
Maintain optimal performance of warehouse automation equipment
Motivate workforce and implement policies
Lead associates to meet objectives, allocate resources, and foster development
Develop protocols, forecast needs, create budgets, and operate within them
Collaborate with HR for personnel management, including hiring and discipline
Resolve conflicts and communicate with multi-level stakeholders
Use reports to monitor operations and address issues
Ensure SOX compliance for inventory
Lead records and retention processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong understanding of financial metrics related to inventory
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
Experience with slotpicking programs and product recall procedures
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
