Responsibilities
Provide prompt first-level technical support to employees across all branch locations (in-person, phone, and by remote connection)
Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, scanners, and other peripherals
Install and support approved software applications and updates
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot VoIP phone systems and user devices
Assist users with system navigation, procedures, and best practices
Coordinate with vendors or IT leadership on escalated issues and larger system problems
Maintain and organize IT equipment inventory
Prepare and image new computers and equipment for deployment
Travel to branch locations as needed for onsite support and installations
Deliver professional, courteous customer service to all employees
Document issues and resolutions and complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong technical aptitude with Windows PCs, hardware, and peripherals
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Basic understanding of networking and VoIP systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to travel between branch locations as needed
Preferred
2+ years of hands-on computer troubleshooting or IT support experience preferred
