Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Architecture: Design the overall enterprise data framework, including data models, databases, warehouses, lakes, and pipelines, aligning with business objectives
Governance Framework: Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, procedures, and processes for data quality, security, privacy, and lifecycle management
Data Modeling & Design: Create logical and physical data models, define data structures, and design databases and data integration strategies
Data Quality & Metadata: Oversee data profiling, quality assessments, metadata management (catalogs, dictionaries), and lineage tracking
Security & Compliance: Implement security measures, access controls, and ensure adherence to regulations
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders (engineers, analysts, business units) to translate needs into technical requirements and solutions
Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies (cloud platforms, databases, governance tools)
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 5 years of experience in data governance frameworks, data modeling, and enterprise architecture
TS/SCI security clearance
Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
