Responsibilities
Provides copies of all occupational lab results, Immunizations, and TB results to Direct Employer Representative (DER)
Calls patient and DER if patient needs to return to clinic for a repeat or missed procedure
Drug Test collections- Faxes the MRO copy of the CCF to the fax number listed on the CCF within 24-hours of collection or the next business day
Physical Evaluations- Ensures all documentation has been scanned in and review for accuracy. Report documents to DER
Answers basic workers compensation questions from insurance companies using information found in Experity
Ensures correct employer is selected
Makes corrections as needed
Answer incoming calls to the Client Service Center regarding occupational services and occupational patient accounts
Check email and voicemail throughout the day
Assist in scanning medical records
Must be punctual and reliable in attendance
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent is required
A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is required
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year healthcare industry preferred
