Bonney Staffing is urgently hiring an Account Manager in Windham, ME. In this role, you will nurture customer relationships and ensure satisfaction by effectively communicating about product availability and processing orders.

Responsibilities
Communicating effectively regarding product availability, programs, and pricing
Collaborating closely with Sales team members
Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness, entering unit, accessory, and parts orders into the system
Processing program credits promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Making customer goodwill decisions, such as product returns and issuing credits
Coordinating with multiple departments in collaboration
Answering customer calls and providing backup to other Account Managers as needed
Resolving account and shipping issues to ensure timely deliveries
Communicating daily with customers about open orders and shipment updates
Handling consumer inquiries as needed and supporting teamwork across the organization
Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and adhering to safety guidelines
Qualification
Required
Proven account management experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with inventory and sales software is essential
Strong keyboard and data entry skills
