Responsibilities
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple departments
Field phone calls from customers
Enter tickets into the company’s CRM software
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Gather and coordinate signatures as needed for current/new vendor authorizations for processing and set up
Follow up with delinquent customers for payment
Perform reconciliation of various company credit cards
Manage shipping and receiving of packages
Create purchase orders for customer hardware
Maintain and track on-site hardware inventory
Maintain kitchenette inventory and coordinate ordering of office supplies
Process Accounts Receivable
Process Purchase Orders
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work as a team and independently
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience both verbally and written
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
Preferred
General administrative experience preferred
Prior Accounting software experience a plus but not required
