CONVERGE Administrative Assistant
FAMU National Alumni Association is a multidisciplinary research center focused on advancing sexual and reproductive health equity. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the directors, faculty, and staff in various complex administrative functions and specialized technical support.

Responsibilities
Support directors and other faculty through calendar management, meeting coordination and support
Coordinate and manage all logistics of center events, meetings and presentations
Arrange travel and process faculty expense reports and reimbursements
Update CVs as directed including formatting
Conduct literature retrievals and reviews
Review publication drafts for properly formatted references and citations (e.g., EndNote)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree
5 years of experience
Strong working knowledge of English
Ability to visualize a computer screen
Ability to work with computer hardware and software
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to use a phone
