Responsibilities
The Regional Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the supply chain functions for the assigned facilities
In addition, the coordinator will work with other members of Ernest Health to ensure contract compliance for purchased goods and services
This position will be the main point of contact for assigned facilities, assisting in procurement, inventory management, training, and financial management
Integrates the hospital's mission and 'Guiding Principles' into daily practice
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with good driving record required
Minimum two (2) years of experience in supply chain management or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software
Demonstrates and incorporates effective selling skills
Ability to effectively manage a team
Ability to compute statistics, analyze referral trends, and develop budget/marketing plans
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
Exhibits a sense of urgency for goal achievement and ability to redirect marketing efforts to meet such goals
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
Effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality
Ability to work closely and professionally with others
