Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing day-to-day communications, weekly status reports, and facilitating status meetings
Lead end-to-end project delivery, including requirements documentation, backlog creation, prioritization, and coordination of internal and client implementation teams
Act as Product Owner for Atlassian Services implementations, refining and maintaining iteration-based backlogs aligned to client strategic objectives
Plan, schedule, and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning sessions, and reviews
Maintain accurate project artifacts (Kanban boards, Scrum boards, task lists) to track progress, dependencies, and completion status
Manage engagement scope, budget, and resources; identify risks, escalate blockers, and prepare change orders, risk assessments, and required approvals
Coordinate execution across Isos consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery
Report engagement status, progress, and financial health to internal leadership and client stakeholders
Serve as an Atlassian Subject Matter Expert, advising clients on best practices, standards, and Isos service offerings
Deliver Atlassian training modules to clients as needed
Support business development efforts, including pre-sales consulting, proposal development, SOW creation, and budget estimation
Translate client strategic objectives into clear implementation plans that define scope, complexity, resourcing, risks, and delivery phases
Collaborate with technical teams to plan and execute system maintenance and migration best practices; maintain related documentation
Contribute original thought leadership content (blogs, white papers, social posts) to support Isos Atlassian Services marketing initiatives

Required

2+ years of experience leading teams as a technical or functional Project Manager
1+ year of hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience tracking and managing project budgets
Proficiency in Jira project and workflow configuration, including bulk updates and moves

Preferred

1+ year of Atlassian administration experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience managing Atlassian schemes, including: Permission and project permissions, Notification schemes, Security schemes
Ability to independently execute Atlassian-related configuration and support work
Strong requirements elicitation skills when working with client teams
Pragmatic problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt to real-world constraints
Exceptional organizational skills that help internal teams and clients stay aligned and on track
