Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external parties, often coordinating across multiple geographies and time zones
Schedule candidate and hiring manager interviews on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team
Book travel arrangements, supervise last-minute changes as needed
Prepare expense reports promptly and collaborate with other Executive Administrative staff to align expenses incurred for travel with colleagues
Assist with planning and accomplishing team events to foster collaboration and inclusion

Required
Highly organized and able to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
A self-directed great teammate who can work independently to fulfill their responsibilities
Able to communicate professionally and confidently with colleagues of all levels and across multiple teams
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Outstanding organization and time management abilities
A motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proven ability to coordinate travel arrangements effectively
Strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks
Operates with a bias for action
Preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience in Investment Management or Financial Services preferred
Workday experience a plus
