Business Development Associate (Full-Time)

TGA Sports is a growing youth sports organization focused on high-quality sports programs for schools and communities. They are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to help expand programs and build relationships with schools and community organizations.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with schools, PTAs, community organizations, and sports facilities
Support new school partnerships and program launches
Help grow enrollment and awareness of TGA programs
Conduct site visits and represent TGA in the community
Support expansion into new sports (tennis, golf, pickleball — and more coming)

Required

Must live in Marin or Sonoma County
Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license
Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Comfortable traveling locally between schools and partner sites
Professional communication and strong organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with tennis, golf, or pickleball is a plus
Recent graduate or early-career professional
Interested in sports, youth programs, education, or sports management
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Confident communicating with adults (school staff, parents, partners)
Excited about growth, responsibility, and leadership opportunities
