Confidential company is seeking a General Superintendent for Healthcare Electrical projects. This role is responsible for driving execution, safety, quality, and productivity across multiple healthcare electrical projects.
Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Oversee field execution, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple projects
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70/70E, NFPA 99, AHCA, and hospital ICRA protocols
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and short‑interval planning
Coordinate with owners, GCs, inspectors, and hospital facilities teams
Lead testing, startup, and commissioning of emergency power and life‑safety systems

Qualification

Electrical construction experienceHealthcare backgroundLeadershipCodesOSHA 30 certificationSafety managementQuality managementProductivity improvement

Required

10+ years electrical construction experience; strong healthcare background
Proven leadership managing large field teams
Deep knowledge of codes, safety, and hospital construction requirements
OSHA 30 required
