Intern, Institutional Partnerships

Responsibilities
Supporting the Deputy Director of Institutional Partnerships in a role which will include exposure to and increase understanding of prospect research, stewardship and cultivation cycle, CRM systems, and other projects which help hone the implementation of donor engagement strategies and strengthen the pipeline of the Institutional Partnerships team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or finalizing (under)graduate degree at an accredited US institution. Or has graduated within the last two years
A strong interest in organized processes and systems
Interest in topics of international development as well as grantmaking and funding
Openness to learn and ability to work on multiple tasks at once
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Professionalism
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Proficient to Advanced in Microsoft Office
Strong collaboration skills
Undertake other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Director
Ability to be in the office at least 2 days a week
Familiarity with the practices and techniques of fundraising
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong editorial skills and a proof-readers eye for details
Demonstrated ability to manage workflow processes & schedules
Experience in coordinating input from multiple stakeholders
