As a Summer 2026 Intern in Commercial Strategy & Market Development, you will gain relevant experience by working closely with the North America Industrial Spices Leadership Team on business operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Data Analysis: marketing mapping and competitive analysis, collecting, analysing, and interpreting internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Strategy Development: new customer mapping, outreach automation, and development of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Reporting: Creating detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to internal leadership and stakeholders
Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement
Collaboration: Working cross functionally to support volume and financial goals
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working toward a bachelor's or master's in business, data science, engineering, supply chain, food science, or related field of study
Excel Intermediate level with knowledge for data modelling and analytics
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
Must possess a high degree of initiative, tenacity and resourcefulness
Preferred
Exposure to AI tools, automation, or prompt engineering preferred
