Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a material baseline and working with Business Management to meet monthly Earned Value requirements including monthly performance, ETC spreads, variance explanations, and identifying and implementing corrective actions as necessary
Responsible for working with other planners, engineers, and program representatives to forecast material costs
Responsible for understanding material cost variances and determining root causes and corrective actions for the variances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years (Masters with 3 years) of relevant experience in supply chain, finance, budgeting, accounting or subcontracts. Or in lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in supply chain, finance, budgeting, accounting or subcontracts
Proficient in Earned Value measurement techniques
Advanced Excel skills are required
Preferred
Experience with Material Cost Account Visibility (MCAV)
