Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships
Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects
Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm
Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 2-4 years of experience in Education Buildings
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited 5-year program/school
Proficiency in REVIT
Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule, and resource planning
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
Will be required to have effective verbal, graphic, and written communication skills that support positive, long-term relationships
Must be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines
Preferred
Experience and proficiency with Education Building projects preferred
Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus
Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred
