Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on support for computer hardware, software, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and support mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
Maintain and meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
Clearly communicate technical solutions to end users with patience and professionalism
Deliver one‑on‑one training and user education when needed
Identify issues that require escalation and route them to the appropriate support team
Contribute to a positive, team‑focused service desk environment

Required

1–3 years of experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role
Hands-on support for computer hardware, software, and enterprise applications
Troubleshooting and support for mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
Ability to maintain and meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
Clear communication of technical solutions to end users with patience and professionalism
Delivery of one-on-one training and user education when needed
Identification of issues that require escalation and routing them to the appropriate support team
Contribution to a positive, team-focused service desk environment
Skills in Service desk / help desk
Skills in Troubleshooting
Experience with Ticketing systems
Knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with Office 365
Knowledge of Windows 10
Experience with password resets
Experience with hardware support
Knowledge of Outlook & Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills
Technical support skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong critical-thinking ability
Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
Approachable, patient, and solution-oriented attitude when working with end users
