Senior HRIS Analyst
CentraCare is seeking a Senior HRIS professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation. The role involves managing compensation cycles, integrating HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems, and advocating for end-user needs while acting as the system administrator for the compensation module in Oracle.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
7+ years of HR technology experience
5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
Preferred
Ability to develop and administer documentation related to projects, recommendations, and implementation procedures
Reporting experience and SQL knowledge
