Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for Seattle office administration and operations, ensuring alignment with firm objectives and a high-quality client experience
Partner with firm leadership and department managers to set strategic direction, support attorneys, and drive change management initiatives
Lead and develop business professional staff through coaching, performance management, recruiting, and workforce planning
Establish operational standards, goals, processes, and accountability, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Oversee office operations, guest services, meetings, events, and workstation assignments to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage relationships with outsourced providers, vendors, consultants, and building management, including contract oversight and negotiations
Lead financial management for the office, including operating and capital budgets, forecasting, variance reporting, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with leases, subleases, ADA, safety regulations, and firm policies; maintain knowledge of building systems and plans
Direct facilities, security, emergency preparedness, ergonomics, and sustainability initiatives for the Seattle office
Lead space planning, office moves, renovations, and construction projects, serving as project manager and key liaison
Drive complex administrative and operational projects, managing budgets, timelines, communications, and documentation
Foster collaboration across firm-wide initiatives and task forces, promoting continuous improvement and service excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree required, with five or more years of experience supervising a full-service internal client service operation; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
Proven experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and leading projects with contractors and service providers
Extensive knowledge of facilities maintenance, custodial operations, and applicable building, fire, ADA, and OSHA regulations
Strong understanding of life-safety systems and experience leading safety training and compliance programs
Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to lead through influence, manage supervisors, and build trust across teams
Strong business acumen, with the ability to forecast needs, analyze complex information, and develop effective solutions
Highly effective communicator and change leader, able to adapt messaging and inspire alignment in evolving environments
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding client service, innovation, and achieving results in complex or ambiguous situations
