Responsibilities
Development of design software for structural engineers
Supporting a collaborative team with your superior software development skills
New developments based on client needs and market
Maintenance and enhancement of existing products
Algorithmic processing of mechanical formulas and design code regulations
Work according to agile development principles, SCRUM methodology
Utilization of AI Copilots
Architecture design of new modules, cooperation on its proposal
Close cooperation with analysts, testers and customer support
Adjustments and changes in applications, refactoring
Participation in knowledge sharing and continuous improvements
Monitoring IT trends, innovation and new technologies
Qualification
Required
solid experience in programming and developing algorithms for engineering tasks
advanced knowledge in C++ and the language specific design-patterns
knowledge in MFC is helpful
experiences in Cloud development will proof helpful for future tasks
enthusiasm concerning software development, technology and processes
willingness to take on new tasks and challenges
strong analytical skills
mindset: creative thinking, problem-solving, desire to continuously improve skills
fluency in spoken and written English
optimistic team player
university degree or equivalent education in software development
Preferred
basic understanding of structural mechanics
some experience in C++/CLI and C#
agile development principles (SCRUM)
