Supporting the classroom environment
Ensure student training infrastructure remains fully functional and available
Manage and configure Active Directory accounts
Support end users by monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and identifying opportunities to improve a mission-critical network
Interpret system metrics and communicate their impact
Manage users and computers in an enterprise environment
