Responsibilities
Collaborate with clinical education teams and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand and define clinician workflow requirements
Design and develop comprehensive training programs that are deeply aligned with real-world clinical workflows, moving beyond mere feature instruction to context-based application
Create a diverse range of blended learning materials, including self-paced e-learning modules, practical job aids, quick reference guides, and immersive simulations for procedural and scenario-based practice
Proactively plan for and implement ongoing updates and revisions to training materials as products and clinical practices evolve
Contribute to a collaborative environment, ensuring effective adoption of new workflows and products across the organization
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required
3-5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, organizational development, clinical education, or other related training and development roles
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Strongly preferred experience in designing workflow-based training or procedural training within a professional environment
