Responsibilities

Interpret data and visualize results via reports and dashboards
Coordinate with partner teams to build clear insights that address business questions
Translate business questions/problems into actionable plans for analysis
Accurately articulate value propositions around solutions
Build strong presentations that show context to the analysis and link to actionable recommendations
Reporting: Use standardized reports/dashboards which are supervised and improved based on business needs
Helping to extract, analyze, and visualize data sets

Required

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Experience collecting and analyzing data and reporting on the results using Excel or a statistical software package
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral/written communication and social skills
Creative problem solving and analytical skills
Strong sense of responsibility, independence, ownership and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding the business impacts
Curiosity about pursuing an analytical career path
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

Preferred

Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Business Objects or Power BI
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related quantitative major preferred
