Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems or similar required
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent collaboration skills on large team with dynamic engagement of team members
Excellent ability to clearly articulate and document stakeholder needs with various methods to include process flow diagramming and requirements elaboration methods and prioritizations
Ability to prepare & maintain technical documentation for ongoing operations, maintenance, and development
Robust ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
Excellent facilitation skills with large groups of stakeholders to include executive leaders
Strong analytical abilities with high-level of curiosity and inquisitiveness with ability to propose numerous options
Overarching understanding of systems interfaces and technical aspects to assist development teams with requirements and quality testing
Scrum & agile experience and iterative deliverable releases with active, regular engagement with stakeholders
Ability to pivot regularly to help provide resourceful solutions to problems
