Responsibilities
Develop civil design drawings and plan sets for a variety of projects
Support site design, land development, utilities, and pipeline design
Design storm drainage systems and stormwater management facilities
Support water and sanitary sewer utility design
Prepare grading layouts and volume calculations (excavation/dredging/site grading)
Apply design codes and specifications to project deliverables
Complete drawing revisions, markups, and maintain organized project files
Review drawings for quality, accuracy, scope, and schedule
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers in a multi-discipline environment
Qualification
Required
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel
Strong understanding of civil design practices, calculations, and drafting standards
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
7–9 years of civil design experience
