Qualification
Required
Strong skills in provider recruitment, business development, and network expansion
Experience in relationship management, communication, and customer service
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Group Health, or Auto Liability medical networks
Proficiency in data management, organization, and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure agreements with medical providers
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and capable of achieving results independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a similar network recruitment or healthcare-related role is advantageous
