CERIS Implementation Management III
CERIS, a division of CorVel Corporation, is dedicated to providing clinical expertise and cost containment solutions in healthcare payments. The Implementation Manager will enhance existing products and develop new offerings while managing project implementations with clients and transitioning programs to account management personnel.

Responsibilities
Participates in oral presentations
Prepares and manages implementation plan from prospect presentation through conclusion
Identifies required resources
Develops and prepares information necessary for setup of customer across all CorVel systems
Coordinates all internal meetings on a regular basis to address all stakeholders of implementation process steps – this includes Account Management, field operations, regional and corporate IT
Assigns duties/responsibilities to team participants
Communicates activity progress to involved stakeholders
Resolves issues that arise involving client when appropriate
Prepares and distributes minutes of all implementation meetings – internal and external
Transitions program to permanent account management personnel
Possess complete understanding of program design, processes, client expectations and partner
Supports CERIS Model
Knowledge of CorVel's services and completion of all CorVel Product Training Modules
Travel as required
Follow CorVel policies and procedures
Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
Requires regular and consistent attendance
Additional duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
5 years of insurance-related experience required in the areas of claims management, managed care, account management or supervision
Experience with Payment Integrity and Implementation experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, communication skills, computer and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Requires regular and consistent attendance
Follow CorVel policies and procedures
Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
Preferred
Leadership, management and motivation skills
Project management experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Training within the insurance industry, managed care, or related field
