Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy and maintain enterprise database platforms
Enable the next generation of Fidelity’s digital services through innovative solutions using the latest database virtualization and data masking tools
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of experience working in a large database hybrid environment that includes both on-prem and public cloud resources
Proven expertise and hands-on experience with deploying and managing relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or Sybase
Expertise and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as GitHub, Artifactory and Jenkins
Think innovatively and have the ability to automate various administrative tasks using Python, Groovy, Jenkins, Java, and/or shell scripting skills
Ability to evaluate and propose best-of-breed tools and engineering best practices
Experience with configuring alerts and monitors to create a highly available platform
Experience with on-call support, resolving incidents and release management practices
Strong communication and influencing skills
