Project Coordinator (Part-Time)
GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support upcoming application and ERP-related initiatives. This role will provide coordination, communication, and documentation support to help senior technical staff manage day-to-day project tracking and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of coordination for multiple IT projects
Track project progress, timelines, and dependencies
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
Maintain project artifacts such as schedules, meeting notes, action items, and status updates
Support vendor demos, discovery sessions, and working meetings
Ensure project updates are communicated clearly and consistently
Help keep projects on track by following up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Junior to mid-level experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to keep multiple workstreams organized and moving forward
Familiarity with project management tools, especially Smartsheet (Gantt charts, dependencies, tracking)
Basic understanding of IT projects, systems, and technology terminology
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and vendors
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
Exposure to application, ERP, or municipal/government IT projects
Experience supporting change management communications
Experience working in hybrid or onsite environments
