Responsibilities
Create detailed technical drawings and plans for glass and glazing projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications
Review project plans
Collaborate with project managers and engineers
Prepare shop drawings
Make adjustments based on project requirements
Ensure compliance with industry standards
Support project teams throughout the installation process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Experience in creating detailed shop drawings and technical plans
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and industry standards is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
Previous experience in the glass or construction industry is an advantage
