Responsibilities
Source and recruit CDL Class A drivers through multiple channels
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates via phone, text, and email
Screen applicants, explain company expectations, and guide them through the hiring process
Follow up consistently and manage candidate pipelines
Work closely with safety and operations to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Sales and/or recruiting experience is required
Ability to persuade, follow up, and close
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in trucking or logistics is a plus, but not required
