Responsibilities
Assemble Prolink components and products according to detailed specifications and assembly instructions
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from quality standards and report any issues promptly
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety and operational guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
Basic proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Preferred
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
