New Grad, Entry LevelBass Pro Shops is a leading retailer in outdoor gear and apparel, and they are seeking a Final Quality Assurance professional to oversee quality audit systems in their manufacturing processes. The role involves inspecting products, ensuring discrepancies are resolved, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Responsibilities
Provides the appropriate product line with any discrepancies noted on product and facilitate the acceptable conclusion of the discrepancies
Assists in a timely manner with the completion of the unit from the supplier to the customer (internally speaking)
Notifies the team leader when the boat paperwork has not been filled out correctly by the department teams
Ensures items on final audit checklist are verified and small parts are located in each unit
Tags each unit with the correct shipping information tag if necessary
Visually inspects all units for discrepancies and annotate appropriate checklist
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work as a Team
Ability for rapid mental and muscular Depth perception
Coordination simultaneously
Possess the skills to use Pens, calculators, copy machine, marking pencil, and cleaning cloth
Light lifting, under 20 lbs
