Responsibilities
Run a servo‑driven narrow web flexographic digital hybrid press to exact job specifications (prior experience required)
Prepare for print and die‑cut: load substrate, install tooling, mount plates, set impressions, and fine‑tune the press
Verify substrate, inks, and tooling meet required specs before and during production
Adjust ink laydown, web speed, and drying chamber temperature to maintain quality and throughput
Troubleshoot print and converting challenges quickly to minimize downtime and material waste
Perform routine care—oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs—to keep equipment in top condition
Qualification
Required

Physical readiness to lift, stand, and perform the work required around the press
A team mindset and clear, proactive communication
