Responsibilities
Review statistical data and product specifications to establish quality and reliability standards
Review and approve manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems
Recommend improvements to personnel utilization, material flow, and facility efficiency
Communicate with management and production teams to develop and implement production standards
Create and implement quality control objectives to resolve production issues and reduce costs
Analyze production costs and evaluate the impact of product design changes
Review operational sequences, material flow, and organizational structures to assign work responsibilities
Collaborate with vendors, engineering staff, and management on purchasing, procedures, and manufacturing capabilities
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and work orders to assess manufacturing processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction
Provide leadership and mentoring to support performance improvement and process adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Eight to ten years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Team oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to support operational teams
Ability to create sketches, engineering drawings, and technical calculations
Strong understanding of production design techniques and manufacturing documentation
Knowledge of business and management principles related to planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
Experience using engineering and manufacturing software tools
