Analyzes, codes, and compiles medical records to document patient condition and treatment in Family Practice, Specialty Practice, Hospital and ASC settings
Audit Provider documentation and provide continuous, meaningful provider feedback
Qualification
Required
Certification from American Academy of Professional Coders upon hire or
Certification from American Health Information Management Association upon hire
3 years - Related experience and/or training
Preferred
5 years - Recent, related experience
