Responsibilities
Functions as liaison between Transitions and contractual managed network provider, electronic health record vendor, and other information system vendors
Act as primary daily operational contact for employees in conjunction with the contracted help desk for management of complex tickets or ticket escalation management
Assists with agency process improvement efforts by leading improvement projects including coordinating the implementation of IT-related projects
Assists with IT-related purchases, budgeting, technology planning, and forecasting of device replacement schedules
Provides direct help desk assistance for IT systems that are outside of the agency's managed services agreement
Qualification
Required
Associates in Computer Science or 5 years' experience in programming, networking, hardware, and/or software maintenance or a combination thereof
Experience in IT helpdesk support and knowledge of Microsoft365 Office environment required
