Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SAT and ACT content areas, with the ability to explain concepts clearly
Strong one-on-one tutoring, teaching, or mentoring skills
Ability to develop customized learning plans based on students' unique needs
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with students as well as providing regular updates to parents
Experience managing and alleviating student test anxiety or stress
A minimum of 5 years of tutoring experience
A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees (master's or Ph.D.) are a plus
Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals
Familiarity with test-taking strategies and time management techniques for standardized exams
