Responsibilities
Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and customer needs
Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, sales, risk management) to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of product priorities and sprint goals
Conduct backlog grooming sessions to refine user stories and prioritize features
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
Communicate product updates and roadmap to key stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, and compliance teams
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Scrum Master in the financial services industry, specifically with corporate banking products
Proven record of accomplishment of successfully launching and managing digital products
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Proven experience in managing product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, agile methodologies, and user story writing
Basic understanding of technology systems and development processes relevant to corporate banking products applications
Excellent skill and experience in using/managing agile tool like JIRA
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Prior experience of working web-based applications (Java angular)
